Stephanie Green, 36, Newburgh Native

NEWBURGH, N.Y. – Newburgh native Stephanie Green died on Sunday, Oct. 1. She was 36.

The daughter of Wilbur D. Hancock, Jr. and Toni I. (Elliot) Ebneter, Stephanie was born on Oct. 20, 1980.

Stephanie was a Healthcare Aide with Taconic DDSO in New Paltz.

A family statement reads: “Stephanie was a caregiver by nature. She had a big heart and was always a person you could depend on”. She will be missed greatly.

In addition to her parents, Stephanie is survived by her husband, Eric R. Green; her children: Issiah Hancock, Sade Green and Armani Green; her step-father, Glenn A. Ebneter; her brother, Maxwell G. Ebneter; and many dear friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. in Cornwall-On-Hudson.

Following visitation, all are invited to the Beacon Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 1 Arquilla Drive, Beacon to continue the celebration of Stephanie’s life.
